Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Solutions
Architect specializing in Marketing Cloud Strategy and
Execution.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement multi-channel engagement strategies using
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Collaborate with stakeholders to define campaign goals and audience
segmentation strategies
Drive QA, testing, and campaign deployment while ensuring
compliance with data privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or
equivalent platforms
Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, and dynamic content
scripting
Strong understanding of data structures and campaign execution
Experience managing the full campaign lifecycle from planning to
optimization
Familiarity with cloud data platforms or customer data platforms
(CDPs) is preferred
