Job Description:
A company is looking for a Destiny 2 Test Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute a sustainable playtesting strategy considering
team resources and game experience goals
Perform test work as an advanced individual contributor with a
focus on impactful methodologies
Drive investigations into test workflows and processes, identifying
opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
Deep understanding and experience within Destiny 2
Proactive curiosity and excellent cost-benefit analysis skills
Experience on a multi-discipline team in a live service
environment
Leadership experience in a QA role within the games industry
Experience with tools/scripting, including languages such as C#
