Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Business Development Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Track metrics including lead conversion, opportunity volume, and
sales targets
Maintain and enhance reports and dashboards in Salesforce
Provide ad hoc reporting to executives and improve lead
qualification processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science with a minimum of 7 years in a scientific or
biotechnology field
4+ years of experience in Salesforce and completed Salesforce
Administrator training
Technical understanding of the biotech industry, with CMDO
experience preferred
Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Salesforce
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple
tasks effectively
