Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Manager responsible for
overseeing loan file processing and supporting branch team
members.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage pipeline and closing dates in collaboration with
branch teams
Assist branch operations with prioritization, workflow structure,
and compliance needs
Provide training and support to new processors and maintain
reporting on production and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and
experience
3 to 5 years of loan processing experience
Prior management or project management experience preferred
Knowledge of mortgage lending functions and applicable regulations
required
Experience with Encompass loan origination software preferred
