Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Refill Technician to provide
support in the filling and delivery of specialty medications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate assistance to patients and pharmacy
staff through outbound and inbound calls
Coordinate medication refills, including data entry and
troubleshooting claim issues
Document work appropriately and participate in process improvement
initiatives
Required Qualifications
State registered as a pharmacy technician; national certification
(CPhT) preferred
1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician; 5-8 years
preferred
Experience working with healthcare professionals in a medical
clinic is a plus
High school diploma or GED required
Commitment to obtaining any additional required licensure within a
specified timeframe
