expertise throughout the M&A process
Develop due diligence questions and convert M&A documents into
business and technical requirements
Facilitate business requirements discovery and documentation
sessions with IT and business partners
Required Qualifications
Experience as an IT Business Analyst
Healthcare industry experience
Understanding of the M&A process
Experience with technical documentation related to contracts
Ability to work under the direction of an M&A IT Project
Manager
