Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst to ensure
financial health for healthcare organizations through effective
charge management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and evaluate the charge master and implement standard charge
practices
Collaborate with stakeholders on revenue enhancement projects and
analyze billing errors
Provide education and recommendations for charge capture
improvements and conduct client rounding
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3-5 years of related experience required
Excellent knowledge of Epic, Excel, and SQL queries
Working knowledge of CPT and HCPCS coding guidelines
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (company
paid)
