Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Technical Consultant
with CMDB / CSDM for a remote contract position in the USA or
Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support ServiceNow, focusing on CMDB and CSDM
Conduct workshops, demos, and user story development
Advise on best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
Proficiency in CMDB and CSDM is essential
ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more)
Experience in consultancy and communication
Part-time availability of around 30 hours per week
