A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant who is
fluent in Chinese.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails
Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
Maintain working knowledge of client products and services
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Chinese and English (minimum B2/upper-intermediate
level)
2-3 years of experience in a customer support role
Finance/Economics/Mathematics or related qualification
Interest in crypto or stock exchange
Personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable
internet connection
