Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Techno functional
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Techno functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) managing
stakeholder relationships
Oversee Workday implementation vendors, assess proposals, and
provide recommendations
Capture business requirements and ensure effective communication
between business and IT stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Workday implementations
Ability to assess and configure new Workday modules
independently
Strong understanding of Workday functionalities and features
High emotional intelligence (EQ) for managing relationships with
non-technical stakeholders
Technical and functional skill balance with a focus on priority
management
