Currently seeking an Internet Service/Business Develop Agent to fill a position in the City of Industry, California area. The ideal candidate will have prior sales, call center, telemarketing or BDC work experience.

  Responsibilities of the Business Development - Automotive Internet Sales
  
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss current sales/service promotions.
  • Create excitement and set appointments for customers to visit our world class dealership.
  • Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our state of the art facility.
  • Fully explains product performance, application, and benefits and offer test drives to all prospects.
  • Perform all other Business Development selling duties as assigned.
    Requirements of the Business Development - Automotive Internet Sales
    
    • Entry level sales/Internet sales experience
    • Telemarketing experience
    • Must have a valid Sales license or willing to get one
    • Professional and has the ability to make a compelling introduction
    • Willing to participate in skills and product training
    • Multi-tasker and excellent customer service skills
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
    • Proficient with computers, emails, smartphones and the web
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Ability to work 30 hours/ week (Some nights and Saturdays required)
      PAY SCALE
      
      The Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.00 and $20.50. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
