Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Agent for a full-time
remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level customer service solutions through consistent
outbound calls
Document all customer interactions using provided tools
Upsell products and services while setting appointments in a
business-to-customer format
Required Qualifications
At least one year of call center experience with an automatic
dialer and call scripting
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer skills and computer literacy
Outstanding attendance and punctuality
Sales experience is preferred
