Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service
Representative in Life and Retirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong knowledge of Life and Retirement insurance products,
services, and policies
Handle and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and
chats
Ensure a great customer experience by adhering to company and state
rules and regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
H.S. Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
2+ years of customer service/business/sales experience
preferred
Successfully complete the Service Representative Trainee
Program
Obtain and maintain Life license and/or 6/63 license within 12
months of hire
Insurance or Finance industry experience helpful
