Key Responsibilities
Guide the territory plan for markets, defining actions to achieve
organizational goals
Refine operational processes for the team while collaborating with
cross-functional stakeholders
Actively prospect and secure deals with companies in the managed
territory
Required Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience
At least 3 years in healthcare or wellness-related benefits
sales
3+ years of team management experience
Proven sales leadership track record
Experience selling to companies with over 1,000 employees
