About the Position Specialty: Lab Specialist Experience: Minimum
2 years of clinical or research laboratory experience required
License: State licensure required, if applicable Certifications:
ASCP or equivalent preferred; all certifications must be submitted
with expiration dates Must-Have: All time-off requests must be
submitted with the initial application Description: We are seeking
a skilled Lab Specialist to perform and analyze complex laboratory
tests in accordance with established protocols. Duties include
sample preparation, testing, instrumentation calibration, and data
analysis. The role may involve working in specialties such as
hematology, microbiology, or molecular diagnostics. A minimum of 2
years of lab experience in a clinical or diagnostic environment is
required. The position may require rotating shifts, weekend
coverage, and occasional on-call duties . Compliance and onboarding
typically take 4–6 weeks . A voice screening and hiring manager
interview are required. Missed shifts must be made up per
department guidelines. Requirements Required for Onboarding: BLS –
AHA (if applicable)
