A company is looking for a Remote Contracts Manager to oversee

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the lifecycle of 10-15 contracts weekly, from initial
drafting to execution and closeout
Partner with business units and field teams to explain contract
intricacies
Leverage AEC expertise to provide tailored support and insights
Required Qualifications
Experience managing a high volume of contracts weekly with minimal
oversight
Strong knowledge of AEC-related contracts
Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing amendments
to contracts
Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts effectively
Expertise in redlining and addressing problematic clauses in
contracts
