Job Description:
A company is looking for a Biostatistics Director.
Key Responsibilities
Lead statistical design, analysis, and reporting for clinical
development across multiple products and therapeutic areas
Review and provide statistical input for clinical development
plans, regulatory documents, and study reports
Oversee biostatisticians and provide mentorship to staff and CROs
to ensure quality and timely deliverables
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 8 years, or
Bachelor's degree with 10 years of Biostatistics experience
Knowledge of statistical methodology and applications in drug
development, particularly in oncology clinical trials
Experience in statistical leadership for regulatory submissions
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in statistical
methodologies
Experience in life cycle drug development and managing
high-performance teams
